Erica joined the Middleton Family Medicine team and the North Shore Weight Management team in 2018. She is a graduate of Framingham State University Didactic, Bachelor Degree program in 2001 and the University of Delaware Internship program in 2003. Currently is a matriculated Master’s student at Framingham State University, Masters’ in Nutrition Education. She has been a Registered Dietitian since 2006 and a Certified Diabetes Educator since 2012. Her experience includes over ten years as Lead Dietitian for the Weight Management program at Lahey Out Patient facility in Danvers MA. Erica also has 12 years of experience in patient and outpatient nutrition counseling Cardiac Rehabilitation patients, Pediatric population, Tube feed/Enteral and Parenteral, Type 1, Type 2, Pre-Diabetes and Gestational Diabetic patients. Type 1 Diabetes /Pediatric experience includes counseling patients at Massachusetts General Pediatric Endocrinology department in Boston. Erica also has extensive training in Motivational Interviewing as well as working with Oncology patients. She is also a Certified Life Coach from the State of Massachusetts in the Diabetes Prevention Program. Erica resides on the North Shore with her husband and daughter and enjoys spending time with them and her family in New York State.
