Randi Mitchell joined the MFM team in the summer of 2020 as our Medical Social Worker. Randi received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, where she grew up. Arriving in New England in 2000 with her spouse and three sons, Randi earned her Masters in Social Work from Salem State University with a concentration in Aging and Older Adults. She is a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker. The bulk of her career has been spent doing home visits for a VNA on the North Shore witnessing first hand the challenges our patients face in their day to day life. Randi's role is to connect our patients with resources in the community that will make their lives easier. During her free time, she thoroughly enjoys jigsaw puzzles, reading, exercising and walking her dog in the local woods.
