Alysia DeMartino joined Middleton Family Medicine in 2023 as a Nurse practitioner. Her special area of interest is treating adult and geriatric patients. She received a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She then went on to receive a bachelor of science in nursing, as well as master of science in nursing from Mass General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. She has been certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an adult and geriatric nurse practitioner since 2013. She focuses on improving her patient’s quality of life, especially while navigating the complexities of aging. Alysia believes in the importance of effectively managing chronic health conditions with the goal of preventing hospitalizations. Alysia lives in North Andover with her husband, their 3 children and 2 dogs. Alysia enjoys reading, entertaining, walking her dogs, and spending time with family and friends.
