Anna Rourke joined Middleton Family Medicine in 2022 as a Licensed Certified Social Worker. Anna received her undergraduate degree from Gordon College in 2017 and then received her Masters in Social Work from Salem State University in 2021. She is now a Licensed Certified Social Worker. After completing her MSW, she worked as a mental health provider at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital's dual diagnosis inpatient unit in Nashville,TN. Anna's role at MFM is to connect our patients with resources in the community, and provide therapeutic support for those who are experiencing mood disorders, women's issues, religious/spiritual crisis and grief. She empowers individuals living with mental illness to find healing, develop resiliency, cultivate emotional intelligence and create sustainable change. During her free time, she thoroughly enjoys spending time with family and friends, painting, and serving on the board of directors for non-profit organization, Light of the Moon Ministries.
