Jazmine is a certified physician assistant with areas of focus in dermatology and family medicine. She originally joined Middleton back in 2020 as a medical assistant in primary care while she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She went on to further her medical education obtaining a graduate degree in Physician Assistant studies from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Originally from the North Shore, Jazmine returned to Middleton Family Medicine to practice, and is currently living in the Boston area. Jazmine is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
