Suzanne Vitt joined Middleton Family Medicine in 2023 as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She attended College of the Holy Cross where she graduated with a BA in English and minor in Women’s Studies. She received her MSW from Boston University. She has worked in a variety of settings including community health centers, outpatient behavioral health clinics, high schools and hospitals. Particular areas of interest include anxiety, depression, life transitions, perinatal mental health, women’s mental health, and supporting parents. Suzanne lives with her husband and two children in Chelmsford. She enjoys being active with her family and friends and enjoys all things outdoors including hiking, biking, skiing, and boating.
